Trust at Bilu Store starts with escrow. Bilu Store Technology P.L.C., based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, holds each payment until the buyer confirms the handover with a 6-digit code in the Android app. The service fee is 5% for free sellers and 2% for Pro sellers, taken only when a sale completes. If a deal goes wrong, the Trust team reviews the dispute by hand.
