How to report
If you encountered suspicious activity or a scam attempt on Bilu Store, contact our Trust & Safety team directly. Include your deal ID or listing link and a description of what happened.
Email Trust & SafetyWe respond to all reports within 24 hours. For urgent safety concerns, include "URGENT" in the subject line.
Common scam warning signs
- Buyer or seller asks to move the deal outside of Bilu Store
- Someone asks for the escrow code before you have the item in hand
- Payment requested via personal bank transfer not through Bilu Store
- Listing price is far below market value with pressure to act quickly
- Seller claims to be overseas and unable to meet in person
- Any request to share your OTP, password, or account details
Remember: Bilu Store's escrow system protects you. Never complete a transaction outside the app.
